1. What do you mean by drop offs?
Drop offs are usually objects dropped off at commercial complexes by the kindly neighbors. Things like tires (we are registered and meet all requirements of the state for hauling tires) refrigerators, and yes, we even have picked up an upright piano.
2. Can you do the jobs that my contractors won't do like hanging window coverings or replacing ceiling tiles?
Of course, we have professional people employed that will be happy to help you anytime.
3. Are your building services offered 24/7?
Yes! We have found the best deterrent for drop offs and graffiti is to address the problem as fast as possible to discourage further problems.
4. What kind of response time can I expect once I call in?
Our trucks carry both cell phones and digital cameras. This allows us to direct a truck to respond fast and to document before and after what the problem was.
5. What do you mean by building services?
Anything that your contractors don't care to do, whether it is too small or they don't feel comfortable taking the work because of their current work load. These are things like, but not limited to:
| Changing /cleaning bathroom fixtures |
Window cleaning |
| Carpet Cleaning |
Holiday decorating |
| Security light changing |
Changing small A/C units |
| Emergency drain cleaning |
Paint curbing |
| Replace parking lot signage (no parking signs etc.) |
Small drywall repair |
6. What do you mean by unit clean out?
When tenants move out either voluntary or by evictions, the unit has to be readied for rental. We go in after they vacate and start the prep work to bring the unit up to rental condition. Things like, we remove what ever was left in the unit. Remove shelving etc. from the walls. Broom clean the warehouse and office, clean the widows, clean the bathroom. We are very flexible and can offer exactly what you need in a time sensitive manner.
7. What about the digital photos that where mentioned?
In building services we always offer before and after photos with the invoicing. This is a huge advantage to you in two ways. First, you can see for yourself what the problem was, and also you can tell why it took the amount of time to complete the job. Second, the owner/investors can also see what and why's of added work done.
8. How can I chart the progress of my jobs?
At job completion, a friendly phone call notifying you that the job is done. In the near future you will be able to go on-line and get real time status reports.
9. Can your steam cleaning, can you completely remove stains in the concrete?
No, unfortunately, concrete readily accepts liquids, the best we can do is lighten the stain making the concrete a more uniform color.
10. Can you remove graffiti from a bare wall?
Yes, if the graffiti does not remove from the area by using removers and high pressure cleaning, we can use a water sand b lasting to completely remove the graffiti.
11. Could I save myself some money by having you power wash our buildings?
Yes, routine washing keeps the building looking fresh, and hopefully extend time between painting.
